From fixing computers in his garage to founding a mission-aligned tech company, Dravon Smith’s journey is rooted in both grit and grace. Born in Shreveport, Louisiana and raised in Los Angeles, Dravon overcame adversity, redirected his life through faith, and turned his early passion for tech into a purpose-driven career.
After completing his degree in Network Systems Administration, he worked in the IT industry for several years before launching Tamar Computer Consulting — a company founded on strong ethical values, technical excellence, and a commitment to serving others.
Today, Dravon leads Tamar with a focus on helping small and mid-sized businesses, nonprofits, and churches thrive through secure, scalable IT. He previously served in ministry at Divine Revelation Ministries, where he used his gifts to support God's Kingdom through technology.
